Interim Orders Committee

At a review hearing on 30 June 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued Mr Chen's conditions for the remainder of the High Court extension order. The interim order was originally imposed from 8 May 2024 for a period of 12 months. On 15 April 2025, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 20 April 2026, The High Court extended the interim order for a further 3 months. This interim order is due to expire on 7 August 2026 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for an extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.
